Georgia Gateway Training Coordinators We need to get all eligibility workers and supervisors of eligibility works registered in the DFCS Learning Management System (LMS) by December 16, 2015 Blanche Morman has agreed to be our statewide Georgia Gateway Training Coordinator As we discussed in the Action Memo last week, we need to have a Training Coordinator named for each district Blanche will train these coordinators on how to register the appropriate staff in the LMS

Georgia Gateway Training Coordinators What will the Training Coordinators be responsible for? – Registering all eligibility workers and supervisors of eligibility workers in their district in the LMS by 12/16/2015 – Coordinate with the state Training Coordinator on registering staff for Training classes (schedule is TBD)

Georgia Gateway Training Coordinators – Remind staff of their training dates once the classes have been scheduled and staff have been registered – Ensure staff who missed a class (for a valid reason or not) get registered in another class – Ensure staff complete the online prerequisite – Coordinate with state Training Coordinator for wrap- up once all training classed are completed
