Necole major Self introduction

Introduction  Hello, I am Necole Bates- Major and I am 45yrs old  I live the “Bayou” state of Louisiana. Near Shreveport, in a small town called, Bethany.

The Family  I am the mother of 3, one daughter, and two sons  I am also a true hearted “Dallas Cowboy” fan!!

Experience and Back Ground  I have been teaching middle school for the past 2 years as a long term sub.  Previously I was in retail management for 11 years.  I also served in the United States Air force for 7 years.  I really became interested in teaching during the end of my retail management experience.  I have always loved working with children, I have been team mom for my sons sports teams for over 15years.

Education and Key Experience  I attended public school thought my K-12 education.  I also attended Grambling State University.  I obtained my Bachelors degree from Wily College in Marshall, Texas  “Caring” one of the most Key experiences I receive from my early years in school. The teachers I was fortunate to have made you if as if they were your parent, going the extra mile!!

My Future  In my future position I plan to be in a leadership role in our school system. With obtaining my Masters degree and combining the Knowledge and skill I have obtain from my education and experience in management, as well as teaching. I will be able to contribute a vast amount to our school system.
