The hexavalent chromium digestion(USEPA-3060A) ODLAB Measure Sample 2.5g accurately and place into acid digestion vessel Heated digestion solution 50ml at 90~95 ℃ (Dissolve NaOH20g+Na2CO330g in reagent water in a one- liter volumetric flask and dilute to the mark) Add magnesium chloride 0.4g into digestion vessel Add 0.1M phosphate buffer 0.5ml into digestion vessel. Heating and stirring (90 ℃ ~95 ℃ for 60minutes Filtering after air–cooled (Filter membranes 0.45um) 5minutes stirring after cover with the collection tube. Used 5.0M HNO3 for PH7.5 ± PH0.5 adjust Caution: If failure to meet between PH7.5 ± PH0.5 range, Necessitate redigestion of the samples. Digestion vessel cleaning with distillated water.
