14 What We Have Accomplished Since 2005 Conducted over 50 on-site TA consultations Launched the Quality Academy, the first online quality improvement training resource for HIV care Developed the Training of Trainers Program (TOT) to expand the pool of quality improvement trainers Almost 300 individuals trained in the TOT Over 4,300 individuals trained by TOT graduates Since 2007, conducted monthly TA calls that have had thousands of participants
15 What We Have Accomplished Since 2005 Authored numerous publications around quality improvement and consumer involvement Completed two collaboratives with Part B participants Led the Quality Track at the HAB sponsored 2006 and 2008 All Grantee Meeting Started 2 new collaboratives Cross Part Collaborative for grantees in selected states TGA Collaborative to assist new TGAs in quality improvement activities
