What do you know about your country?

What can you do for your country?

1 - What makes a place attractive to tourists? 2 – Which places would you like to visit as a tourist in Egypt? Why? 3 – What is the meaning of "off the beaten track"? 4 – How can we know about off the beaten track? 5 – Would you prefer to see the popular sites or to get off the beaten track? Why? 6 – Can you learn anything from places off the beaten track that popular sites cannot teach us? 7 - What are off the beaten track of Gharbia Governorate? 8 – How can we keep the cleanliness of the Nile River? 9 – How can we save water? 10 – What are the effects of the Ethiopian Renaissance Dam on Egypt?

Write a paragraph of about about: “ A place which is off the beaten track you have heard or read about ” Respond to each of the following situations: 1- You persuade your friend to go to Dakhla Oasis. 2 – You want to know some information about Fayoum Oasis. 3 – A tourist is asking you about the way to Europe Hotel. Translate into Arabic: There were seven wonders of the Ancient world. Three of them were located in the Eastern Mediterranean. Of the six wonders which no longer exist, the lighthouse of Alex was the last to disappear.

The most important factor which helped the establishment of Egyptian civilization is the Nile River. The Nile is the source of goodness and prosperity for Egypt and the Egyptians. because our school is located at Basuin area of Gharbia Governorate which lies on Rosetta bank of the Nile and when I noticed many malpractices from polluting the River Nile, the wasteful use of water and we all know the big problem which will face our country in the future, the lack of water resources, I wanted to grasp my students of the severity of the problem. So I decided to handle two core topics in my project, how to deal with the River Nile and Shed light on the unknown places of interest. Considering that the unit deals with non-famous touristic places, and our governorate is not located on the map of tourism in Egypt although it has many touristic places.
