Points to Consider The Infrared Unit –Cost of the lamps is $94 x 3 each unit. –The water probe in the humidifier pan are gold tipped $61.00 –The units have not proven to be very reliable –The units are out of sight-out of mind. The Ultrasonic Unit –Placement in an existing facility can be difficult, due to the mist produced. –If the water treatment has any malfunction water storage can become an issue. –Since the units are in sight, the staff question operations. 11
