Concept Paper

Technology Description – 3 Pages Proposed Technology Level of Performance Current State of the Art How will this technology overcome challenges in the field Impact on field Key risks Impact of EERE funding Project Team – 1 Page Team skills and expertise Facilities and Equipment Concept Paper Content

Submit Concept Paper in EERE-Exchange by: November 14, 2014, 5:00 PM ET Concept Paper Deadline

EERE will make an independent assessment of each Concept Paper based on the criteria in Section V.A.1 of the FOA. EERE will encourage a subset of Applicants to submit full applications. Other Applicants will be discouraged from submitting a full application. A “discouraged” notification does not bar an applicant from submitting a full application. Concept Paper

By discouraging the submission of a Full Application, EERE intends to convey its lack of programmatic interest in the proposed project in an effort to save the Applicant the time and expense of preparing an application that is unlikely to be selected for award negotiations. Concept Paper

Only Applicants that submit a Concept Paper are eligible to submit a Full Application. Concept Papers are Required

You should receive an by December 5, 2014, indicating that the status of your concept paper has been published in Exchange. Feedback on Concept Papers
