Judy Meagher’s Background Master Gardener Master Naturalist Member of Texas Master Gardeners Association, Dallas County Master Gardeners Association, White Rock Lake Park Gardens Volunteered with The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens 4 year volunteer with TDG (Current) Greatest Challenge: Judy does not have any challenges because she loves her job and contribution to TDG as a volunteer.

TDG Improvements Management structure, hierarchy of authority. Overall attitude of staff members and to establish a team oriented workplace. Communication and support of volunteers by staff. Recognition of volunteer’s efforts and roles.

Suggestions Expansion of the educational department Development of more classes and workshops Implementation of classes into their educational program Open greenhouse to the public. House native species of butterflies relevant to environment
