If students are still productively engaged with the test content, the maximum amount of time, per section, may be given in 10 minute increments. Students must be administered all sections from a single content area on the same day. The only exception is ELA section 3. It must be administered the day following the administration of ELA sections 1 and 2. Students are allowed to take restroom breaks during a test section. The examiner should note the time so it can be provided to the student after the allotted time has expired. Students are allowed to take stretch breaks in between the administration of section 1 and section 2. Georgia Milestones EOG

All scratch paper must be accounted for and returned with test materials as a shred shipment. Each student testing via paper/pencil should be provided two No. 2 pencils with functional erasers. Student testing via paper/pencil may not use highlighters in the test booklets. Students testing via paper/pencil can write in the test booklets with pencils, but only what is on the answer document will be scored. Students testing via online can use all of the online tools allowed without accommodations from an IEP, IAP/504, or TPP. Georgia Milestones EOG

Once the student has begun reading from the book, he/she should not be allowed to go back and answer any additional items for that section. Students will not be permitted to conduct any additional work on a section for which the allotted time has expired. Students will not be permitted to conduct any work in a section for which the allotted time has not begun. Georgia Milestones EOG
