Exercise regularly Physical activity helps: healthy growth and development prevent chronic diseases like cancer, Type 2 diabetes and heart disease make us stronger give us energy decrease stress
4. Rest Sleep is linked to: - immune system(less sleep, more colds, flu) - heart disease (less sleep, the more inflamed blood vessels are) - diabetes (less sleep, the less able our bodies are to use glucose)
– Brain function (poor judgement, poor hand-eye coordination, poor memory) – Obesity (less sleep, more prone to unhealthy weight gain)
