PARAMETERS Note: Check the latest Parameter Checker for actual Parameter Values.

PAR 810 – AXIS LUBE TYPE This parameter specifies the axis lubrication system type. 0 or 1 - BIJUR oil system. The values in parameters 811 through 816 will be inactive. 2 - Minimal Lubrication system. The values in parameters 811 through 816 will be active. Setting this parameter to a 1 shows a lube pump is attached to the machine and a test program can check this parameter to test the lube pump.

PAR 811 – AX INTRVL METER Specifies the distance in meters that any axis travels, after which all axes will be lubricated. This parameter is activated depending on the value of parameter 810.

PAR 812 – AX LUBE ON TIME Specifies the duration in milliseconds that axis lubricant is discharged. This parameter is activated depending on the value of parameter 810.

PAR 813 – AX PRESSURE TIME Specifies the minimum stable high pressure detection time in milliseconds during axis lubricant discharge. The LOW LUBE message will be displayed if pressure stays on less than this time. Note that this parameter is currently not used.

PAR 814 – AX PRESSURE TIMEOUT Specifies the time period in milliseconds after start of the axis lubrication cycle, during which high pressure is expected to occur. If high pressure is not detected during this time, the LOW LUBE message will be displayed. This parameter is activated depending on the value of parameter 810.

PAR 815 – AX LUBE INPUT Specifies the input relay for the axis lubrication pressure sensor. This parameter is activated depending on the value of parameter 810.

PAR 816 – AX LUBE OUTPUT Specifies the output relay for the axis lubrication pump. This parameter is activated depending on the value of parameter 810.

PAR 817 – SPINDLE LUBE TYPE Specifies which spindle lubrication system is installed. IF 0 or 1 - BIJUR oil system. The values in parameters 818 through 822 will be inactive. IF 2 - Distance-based oil lubrication system. The values in parameters 818 through 822 will be active.

PAR 818 – SP ROTATION INTRVL Specifies the maximum number of spindle revolutions in thousands, after which the spindle will be lubricated. No lubrication will be done if the Machine is not running. This parameter is activated depending on the value of parameter 817.

PAR 819 – SP LUBE TIME INTRVL Specifies the maximum number of minutes of spindle run-time, after which the spindle will be lubricated. No lubrication will be done if the machine is not running. This parameter is activated depending on the value of parameter 817.

PAR 820 – SP LUBE TIME Specifies the duration in milliseconds that spindle lubricant is discharged. This parameter is activated depending on the value of parameter 817.

PAR 821 – SP LUBE INPUT Specifies the input relay for the spindle lubrication pressure sensor. This parameter is activated depending on the value of parameter 817.

PAR 822 – SP LUBE OUTPUT Specifies the output relay for the spindle lubrication pump. This parameter is activated depending on the value of parameter 817.

ALARMS 803 – LOW WAY LUBE 804 – GREASE CANISTER EMPTY 805 – LOW SPINDLE LUBRICATION 806 – LOW SPINDLE LUBRICAITON – ACTION NEEDED

REPLACING THE CARTRIDGE Pull up the grease canister handle as high as it will go and lock with the tab. This will prevent accidental grease spills by removing the pressure from in the canister Unscrew the canister To remove the empty cartridge, hold the grease canister handle and push the locking tab allowing the piston to push it out of the canister Pull the handle all the way back to fully compress the piston spring Remove the caps from both ends of a cartridge of Mobil XHP 221 (P/N ) grease and insert it into the canister, the smaller opening first Screw the canister onto the grease gun tightly Firmly hold the handle of the canister and depress the locking tab. While continuing to hold the locking tab, push the handle until it is completely retracted Depress the manual override solenoid button and hold for 20 seconds. Release for 60 seconds. Repeat 2 more times. Tab Canister Grease Canister Handle Canister Solenoid Button
