Olympic Route Network Dates from 29/06/2012 to 14/09/2012 with an implementation period bracketing these dates to install and remove signage. Main Roads affected are –Upper Woburn Place –Tavistock Square –Woburn Place –Russell Square –Southampton Row –Kingsway. –Red Routes to consider Euston Road, Marylebone Road, Camden High Street, Camden Road, Finchley Road. No parking during the hours of control from 6am through to midnight Limited access into certain streets (awaiting on full list from TfL early March)

Alternative ORN AORN switched on for certain events or when ORN is out of operation due to traffic accidents or congestion. No parking during the times AORN in use. Main roads include: –Euston Road –Marylebone Road –Sensitive roads (refer to next slide)

Torch Relay Chalk Farm Station from 7am ending at St Pancras approx 8.30am before entering Islington. Some road closures including rolling closures along the route. Full list of road closures from TfL not available till mid-March. Avoid location at time of torch relay.

Media Transport Hub Dates of operation from 10/07/2012 until 20/08/2012. No Parking & Restricted Vehicle Access (Permit Access Only) –Russell Square –Malet Street –Montague Place –Bedford Place –Montague Street No through road around Euston Station –Cardington Street –Melton Street –Euston Square Deliveries and collections permitted.

Off ORN There are additional restrictions to support the ORN on other streets. These locations include –Remnant Street (road closed) –Endsleigh Gardens (made two way) –Tavistock Square (no stopping) –Coram Street (no stopping) –Gower Place (no access from Gordon Street and made one way northeast bound)

Kings Cross St Pancras Stations Longer waiting times due to higher volumes of traffic. Increased pedestrian queues to access transport links especially Javelin Train. Drop off bays suspended to extend walkways and queuing for Olympics & Paralympics. NCP car park at the rear of the stations can be used for loading/unloading purposes. No footway parking.

Memorandum of Understanding No stopping on ORN (PCN Charges) Current MoU will be amended for Olympic affected roads. This may include –Extended times e.g. 30 minutes –Use of parking bays LBC need to know your key areas of concern for deliveries/collections
