¿Cómo nos movilizamos en Bogotá? Mobility with INGENIO poster advertising

Mobility with INGENIO For MOBILITY WITH INGENIO project, the planning work began in August 2015 where from the problems of mobility lived in Bogota (COL) and in the environment of Clermont School, raising the problematic question of our project, How do we mobilize in Bogota?

How do we mobilize in Bogota?? The answers converge to point CHAOS as a determining factor from any point of view. And why ?, suggest responsibilities of external agents and even state, but what about us?, As an educational institution and the integral formation of citizens, what responsibility we shelters us?, What is our role in training with children and young people of our city?, We need to have safety!

How do we mobilize in Bogota? The answers to these other questions led us to shape the project, seek information and make connections with the government entity that runs the mobility of the city (La Secretaría de Movilidad del Distrito), who arranged specialist to form the team that would join us to decide the day of awareness and designing the work plan that would take shape with the activities that were implemented and brought great learning not only for children and young people but also for adults in the educational community, the most important was the security, using 3 stages for develop our project.

MOBILITY WITH INGENIO

Car Parade Our younger students with help from their parents designed their cars for the parade through a path with signage designed by our eleventh graders.

Superheroes of mobility Our superheroes learned about the main rules of mobility. They will be multipliers with family and certainly help to "save lives."

Zebras for Life Preschoolers built their own zebras identifying colors indicating STOP, CAUTION, ADVANCE and PEDESTRIAN STEP and recognized the importance of using it in our city of Bogotá.

Bike ride A day where our students had the opportunity to enjoy bike-ride from school.

Bike ride In the bike path they mobilize our students with great caution, respecting traffic signals, being active drivers on the road

Mobility Painting Through mobility painting our younger learned. It is a strategy of internalization about the actors of the road.

Perception station In the activity of perception, students realized that it is necessary to put our senses a function of time we use the route because many factors affect the safety of people. Contingencies can not be avoided, but we can prepare!

Using bike Station We learned the equipment needed to use the bike in the city and the risks to which we are exposed if we are distracted. (More contingency...)

kinematic station The life care to move around the city. We are more fragile than an egg!

Disability station Empathy as a tool to recognize the most vulnerable actors in mobility. We learned that we see them, respect them and help them. We give people!

Interactive games The Students had the opportunity to use a simulator to learn some roads in the city and respect the traffic signals. They learn playing with technology resources. And the slogan: Not traffic violations!

sketches for Theater plays:

Theater plays: With the contribution of the theater group of the Mobility of Bogotá, I interact with our students, with two plays related to mobility in the city. Two great stories... a lot to think...!
