VMS Process At the Ticketing Counter: Visitor approaches the VMS Counter. Operator enters the details of the visitor Employer Information Personal Information Contact Information Belongings accessories Contact Person Details Camera clicks the photograph of the visitor and save to the client/server machine. E-Mail and SMS alert sent to the employee for confirmation. On receiving the acknowledgement the operator prints the pass and Visitor proceeds. Visitor approaches the entrance gate along with the pass. Proposed pass with photo id, personal details, purpose etc

Visitor Registration

Visitor Registration Defined Screen shown in the previous slide is the Visitor Registration screen. Process of registering a visitor is as follows: Enter the details of the visitor Select the category of the visitor from a drop down menu like contractor, consultant, visitor etc. After entering all these details operator can click on the button, which you can see at the bottom of the screen, to send an email or SMS or both to the host employee. For sending an email alert the system should be on the Company network. For sending an SMS a GSM Modem would be required.

Reports Date /Period/Time wise reports. Employee report. The system also enables you to print reports as and when required (report can be generated on the basis of mobile no, name, host employee, company wise, date wise) Employee master would maintain separately to get reports with more filters. Live Report with image of visitor can be generated. Blacklisting report with image can be generated. Check in & Check out status report can be generated. Pre-Registration report & more different-different types of reports can be generated. All reports are exportable to MS excel etc.
