Reliable Partner  The easiest way to fulfill all the requirements of the Contractor’s Obligations Act  Displayed on the front page, along with the company basic information, is the interpretation of all the information. Members from:  Finland, Estonia, Sweden  Contains traderegister extract and registration information in addition to Taxinformation, Pension and insurance information as well as collective agreement information. Valvoja/Supplier monitoring service Valvoja offer clients the tools for monitoring suppliers’ compliance with the contractor’s obligations information. It shows up-to-date information on the suppliers that are Reliable Partners and sends a notification of any arrears by . The user creates a monitoring list and adds the suppliers to it. The pricing of the service is dependent on the number of suppliers. There is no limit to the number of users.

The service displays the main interpretation of the information. The actual company report will open by choosing the button. Building Site Register The Building Site Register collects contract- and employee information regarding building sites by the use of a unique ”Site Key”. The Site Key identifies the information to be sent to the Tax Administration for each building site individually. › Adds transparency to the process of maintaining the legal obligations on a building site › Provides effective follow-up tools and enhances each company’s own processes regarding the legal obligations › Contract- and employee reporting straight from the service to the Tax Administration › Vahti is a tool for the project supervisor to maintain the employee list and site induction data as required by the Occupational Safety and Health Act › All reports are filed and saved for the mandatory period of 6 (six) years › All virtual building sites are given a unique Site Key

Building Site Register/reporting › The system provides each site with a unique Site Key to be distributed and used by all contractual partners. › The project supervisor maintains the employee list and site induction data in the Vahti service. › The employee information is reported to the Tax Administration from the Building Site Register. › Contract reporting. The reporting threshold is € in total contract value for the building contracts at the site, bought by the commissioning party. › All submitted employee- and contract reporting are saved available for future use in the Building Site Register.
