1. Introduction : a global world  The origin of the new word : Globalization. A philosopher Jeremy Bentham : ‘international’ in 1780s years later, ‘globalization’ became prevalent

2. Globalization : a definition Divided into five different meanings. Internationalization : an effort to build new relations among countries.. Liberalization : a process to remove many kinds of regulations and restrictions.. Universalization : all the people on the Earth should be influenced by globalization.. Westernization : especially in an Americanized.. Deterritotialization : territorial places, distances and borders lose some of their influence.

 Difference between “Internationalization” and “Globalization”. Internationalization : people need to across border between countries in long time intervals.. Globalization : effectively distance-less and intantaneous. Global phenomena can extend across the world almost at the same time.

a) Aspects of globalization In terms of…. Communications : ‘globalization’ is based on growth of computer networks.. Organizations: ‘globalization’ has been pursuing the proliferation and the growth of organizations.. Ecologically : global warming, a decline of in Earth’s biological diversity.. Production : production lines are efficiently divided throughout the world.

b) History Robertson and Chase-Dunn : the early signs of globalization appeared a century or more ago. However, most of the illustration relate only to second half of the 20 th and not before.

c) Qualification. Globalization has not been experienced everywhere in the same extent. Globalization is not the straightforward process of cultural homogenization that some accounts world have us believe.

c) Qualification.Globalization has not eliminated the significance of territoriality in world politics.. Globalization cannot be understood in terms of a single drive force.. Globalization is not panacea.

3. Globalization and the states-system a) The Westphalian order : The Westphalian was a framework of governance. b) The end of sovereignty : a number of material development have undercut states sovereignty. c) The persistence of the state. Constituencies of the state have been changing.. States have been constrained to engage in multilateral consulations.. Globalization has reduced the chances of major interstate war.

4. Post-sovereign governance a) Substate global governance : apart from government, substate authorities have made direct transborder links. b) Suprestate global governance : permanent multilateral institutions has been is the growth of their size, scope, and impact.

4. Post-sovereign governance c) Maketized global governance : the construction and implementation of rules by private sector bodies has gone especially far in respect of global financial markets. d) Global civil society : global civic associations show enormous diversity.

5. The challenge of global democracy a) Globalization and the democratic state : globalization and democratization would be two side of same coin. b) Suprastate governance and democracy : affected politics have very little involvement for all the people in the world.

5. The challenge of global democracy c) Global market democracy? : global democracy is achieved based on monetary benefit. d) Global civic society and democracy : transborder civic activism has shown impressive growth in recent decades.

Conclusion  Despite enormous debates regarding ‘Globalization’, it has encouraged the growth of the world
