Sodexo employs approximately 2,000 people based in 200 client locations throughout Ireland. I joined Sodexo in 1991, have had a large variety of roles over these years. THOUGHTS ON LEADERSHIP AND MY PART IN THAT Leadership is like steering the Titanic, keeping away from icebergs and being extremely resilient. You manage things, you lead people and guide them. A common purpose and a roadmap to make it happen is part of leadership.
