Introduction to Margot Slattery Managing Director of Sodexo Ireland, with clients in Business & Industry, Finance, Government, Education and Healthcare. Sodexo employs approximately 2,000 people based in 200 client locations throughout Ireland. I joined Sodexo in 1991, have had a large variety of roles over these years. I was delighted to take up the role of MD in I am committed to growing and developing Sodexo’s business and commitment in Ireland and NI. THOUGHTS ON LEADERSHIP AND MY PART IN THAT Leadership is like steering the Titanic, keeping away from icebergs and being extremely resilient. You manage things, you lead people and guide them. A common purpose and a roadmap to make it happen is part of leadership. Giving a vision for the future, showing progress and being optimistic is essential as part of leadership and key is making it a reality. Sodexo 2016
