Financial Report  2016 Summary Report  Revenues  Dues as of December 31, 2015 is $26,274  Up $5,113 from same reporting period in 2014  Current Expenses  $17,334  Down $91 from same reporting period in 2014  Balance $8,940  Reserve amount $42,705  Threshold

Presidents Report  Current state of the Heights at Meadow Springs  Membership Classes Section 7 (evaluating the total lot 147)  Class A is Home Owners (1 vote per lot)  Class B is Declarants (Asmus) (3 votes per lot)  The total outstanding votes held by Class A members equals the total outstanding votes held by Class B (Asmus)  Once Class B has 36 lots or less, the Class B membership shall be converted to Class A membership.  Assessments for Meadows East HOA  Requesting an accounting of our assessments
