What are the difference between > and > files? All files saved in the public folder can publicly be accessible from the web at for non NSPES account and for NSPES account. Please substitute with a “.” Ex: my employee is therefore the web address to access my public files will be: Private files cannot be viewed unless you use your username and password. However you can share a private folder or file with other users.

Create new folder First select if you want to add it in private or public file then click new and add a title to your folder.

Upload file Click the arrow to upload file or zip files.

Sharing folder or file Select the folder or file that you want to share and go to the right of the screen and select share. Many different sharing feature You can share the folder or file with another OurCloud user or with a link. The folder or file can be password protected and it can have an expiration date.
