MISSION  “is to improve the overall health of the communities we serve by expanding access to quality health and wellness services.”  “goal is to provide a brighter, better, healthier future for all families.”

PROGRAMS  Medical- pediatrics, obstetrics Urgent Care and HIV clinic  Dental - dental care for adults & children  Pharmacy -  Behavioral Health- counseling and psychotherapy, medication evaluation and management, psychiatric consultation, psychological testing, substance abuse and addiction counseling.  Healthy living workshops-Self-Management Program is designed for those who have chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, depression, heart disease, chronic pain, arthritis, and high blood pressure.  Outreach-works to make sure people who are without homes find the best resources available

 CHAS serves nearly 50,000 patients each year in the Spokane area and the Lewis-Clark Valley  They accept state insurance such as Medicaid, and Medicare  They bill private insurance  For those who are uninsured, they offer a flat-fee, similar to a co- pay for each medical visit. CLIENTS
