By George Evans-Smith WHAT COULD WE DO ABOUT GLOBAL WARMING?

INTRODUCTION. I will be doing my presentation on what we could do to save the world like how to reduce pollution how to save energy, water, oil etc. I will also show you how just the slightest thing you may do every day makes a big change to the environment.

DRIVING A CAR. Many people drive cars pretty much every day, even if they only have to go just round the corner some people do not notice but this is causing global warming. Maybe not you allow do anything but if every one dose it it’s a massive problem. Also with the use of cars people don’t bother walking as much as humans are meant to. Causing them self's problems as well as the world.

ELECTRICITY. You may think using electricity doesn’t cause pollution. You right. But to make electricity is a different story it dose cause a lot of pollution making electricity and you make think oh just turning on a light wont do any harm all night. Maybe not. But it dose if every one in the world dose it. Why not use Solar power, Water power. Wind power or any energy that’s green to save the world! In your own little way.

RUBBISH. Rubbish is used by all and thrown away by… Most but there are some who just litter their rubbish and don’t care. This is very bad for the environment as it can do a many of things. Like for example a wild animal could come by in the night eat it chock then die. Also most rubbish takes a long time to rot plus it looks horrible and if its on grass or a field it is bad for the soil. But this wont happen if you recycle your trash as it wont be left around but made into something different that the world can use!

TREES. People around the world are cutting down trees forests and jungles to get wood for fire paper and many more. Yes we do need to do this as we do need things like fires and paper but some people take these things and waste it! The cause of this make people have to cut down more trees which make the world have less oxygen, less places for animals to live and it takes the beauty of the woods away from the world.
