NEUTRAL COLORS: The earth,sand and rocks are examples Black, White, Brown Gray DOMINANT COLORS: The primary color in the room that is used the most ACCENT COLOR: A bright color added to a neutral room SECONDARY COLORS: Made by mixing 2 primary colors together. Orange, Green, & Violet

ANALOGOUS: 3 Neighboring colors on the color wheel Colors based on one Hue SPLIT COMPLEMENTARY: Any Color, go directly across and take the 2 neighboring colors TRIAD: 3 colors that are equal distance apart on the color wheel ACCENTED NEUTRAL : A room that is primarily beige, tan, brown, gray, or white accented with another color such as red to add more interest.
