BRIDGING THE GAP - -Position ideas and descriptions are based on current system needs and expected budget for the 2017 calendar year based on grants already applied for but not yet received. - - By the 2018 calendar year it is expected that we can expand on the 2017 staffing structure to include additional positions To bridge the gap for these missing positions, the Housing navigation position would be adjusted to include mobile outreach and retention (as time allows) Other Gap Ideas include: Recruitment of intern support to fill staffing gaps Use peer support as well Leverage existing roles to support system (DRH, MDHI, etc.) Community agencies- CDT /Subgroups
