What is ORS? Wyoming Online Reporting Suite (ORS) Displays preliminary PAWS results with associated demographic and enrollment information Allows users to view aggregated data Allows filters on specific demographic data for data comparison ORS will be released through the Test Order Management System (TOMS) on June 3 rd ORS does NOT serve as official reporting for school accountability, all data is preliminary 3

User Roles District Coordinators – Current logon gives you access to ORS Building Coordinators – Current logon gives you access to ORS PAWS ORS Coordinators- Person specified by the District Coordinator as a site assessment coordinator. Will need to have Designation form filled out and sent to ETS to receive logon 4

Data Release Data will be in the new ORS on June 3 Individual Student Reports (ISRs) will be available in TOMS on June 29 ISRs (two copies per student) will be delivered to districts by July 7 WDE tentatively plans to release the student-level data file to Fusion for a two week confidential review period on June 24 All state, district and school level data are embargoed until mid-July when the State Superintendent issues a press release 12
