Who need the service Home means a place you can always go. Feel warm and safe. Most people need local friend’s advice and share information. Eat and drink information form a basic social life. Insight from the User Research Someone has been to a new city. People want to meet a reliable friend and share experience. People need to feel safe and connect to home.

Summary of User Research Migration is trending around the world. People move to new cities & need help becoming familiar with the area and receive advice/information. People usually want to find a place to call “home” to feel safe and have things under control. Friend’s local advice and information can offer more reliable and home feeling. Stations are a good place to meet as they’re on the commuting route already

Mission Statement People who move and work into big city can feel alone / in danger People want to build a new social network in new city. Peoples’ work friends can be unreliable leaving them vulnerable People don’t just want to know where to eat and drink, but more ways to interact with others.
