Deposit Bond Guarantee Scheme  Advertising properties via the Choice Based Lettings Scheme  £60 charge as a one off payment to the council for our Management Fee  Following national best practice  Potential to work in other parts of Northamptonshire  Links to the Landlord Accreditation scheme
