Goal for today  To get a better understanding of the FBI’s Leadership policy.  To get a better understanding of the diversity within the FBI.  To determine how to best use the FBI’s Leadership policy in dealing with real world diversity issues within the organization.

Things you SHOULD know…..  The ADA was amended this year to expand the definition of “ qualified individual with a disability. ” This is known as the ADA Amendments Act of 2009  The agency has a legal obligation to provide a reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals with disabilities.

Things you SHOULD know…..  Many accommodations can be granted at the local level.  The accommodation process should be interactive.  AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST….
