FOSIS Application System The Chilean Solidarity and Social Investment Fund (FOSIS) has developed an application system for the access to its program information Any citizen can apply A computer assisted closed survey is applied to each applicant The information is checked online at SIIS Identification Address FPS scorecard Previous participation in FOSIS and other public services programs are checked Requirements for each FOSIS program are checked
FOSIS Application System A score for each applicant is calculated A list of pre-selected applicants is generated for each program Information of those pre-selected is checked in field on the basis of a second, larger survey A list of selected beneficiaries is generated
