Elder Financial Safety Center Why We’re Different PREVENTION Center services are available to all older adults of all income levels that meet two criteria:  Age 50 and over  Live in Dallas County PROSECUTIONPROTECTION The Elder Financial Safety Center is the first of its kind in the US Martha J.
