Medical: Students with pre-existing medical conditions to update Parent/carer consent form. Students with change in medical condition or ongoing medication must update Parent/carer consent form. Students who are waiting for tests or treatment of any description must update Parent/carer consent form. If you are taking prescribed medication you must update Parent/carer consent form. Personal belongings: Students are responsible for their own personal belongings. The insurance policy charges a high excess for any lost, damaged or stolen items. Fire Risk in Hotel: Each student must read the fire risk document (on room door) to locate the nearest fire exit. Teachers to show fire assembly point upon arrival at hotel. Students must report any damage in room on arrival immediately to group leader. European Study Visit 10 th – 13 th July 2012

What time do we leave? Students to arrive at HHS by 5:15am for 5:30am departure. Arrival back in HHS: approx 10pm on Friday 13/7/12 Students will be informed upon travelling through the midlands an estimated time of arrival in Hawarden.
