How to Terminate a Business License Business License Termination 1. Termination of business Activity  § 305f. Notification of cessation of business operations  Upon the cessation of business operations, any business licensed under the provisions of this chapter shall notify the Department, in writing, within fifteen days of the cessation of business operations.
