Faculty agree: the formal development of leadership skills for all graduates should be part of the university’s mission (although not as much by Tenured professors (by approx. 15 percentage pts) that students at WKU do NOT have the leadership skills they need for success after their university experience that all students at WKU should have an understanding of leadership theories and principles upon graduation

LEAD 200 Course and Learning Objectives Course objective: Students, at the conclusion of this course, will have a comprehension of leadership concepts, knowledge of recognized leadership theory, an understanding of leadership assessment, and will begin to understand their own leadership abilities.
