… uphold and teach the doctrine of the Baptist Church, the true form of worship and the policy of the Association.

What We Do …provide the arena and instrumentality for our member churches and auxiliaries to work corporately and cooperatively around the following concerns:

Delegates should be appointed by each church based on 1 delegate per 100 members, not to exceed 6. Only delegates can vote on issues brought before the midyear or annual session. This form is to be completed by the Delegate which gives information on church (ie, updated contact information and leadership contacts); forms can be turned in during those two sessions. This keeps Association’s databased updated. Delegate Report

Annual assessment (see form) for Associational churches shall be set at an amount determined by the Executive Board and declared at the Annual Session. All churches are encouraged to pledge beyond assessed amounts. Pledge and assessment funds may be paid at the Annual Session, Mid-Year Session and the Union Sessions Finance Form

This form and the Union announcement form are used to announce your church events in the time period up to the next Session. Forms can be turned in to the Public Relations Director or Union President on the morning of the sessions or Union training. Announcement Form

This form is used to report on deceased members of each church; to be turned in only during the annual session. Necrology

Form is mainly used by the ministry leaders (Executive Board Member) when planning for functions. To be submitted to the 1 st Vice Moderator (Dr. Wood) for approval. Finance Requisition Form
