Since 2005, Joseph Ice has been an ESL instructor, teacher trainer & curriculum planner, who draws upon both international business and personal educational experiences while teach both adult and children. Until last year, he was the program director for Hess’s adult program focusing curriculum development, teacher training and client recruitment.
