Article Summary – Post modern competency framework for public administration and public service delivery This article discusses the issue of population growth in the United States and cultural diversity in the public sector There needs to be ways to meet the needs of different cultures in the public sector. The public sector offers services to meet these needs such as language training, living assistance, having bilingual staff, and assistance finding work Immigrants are also used as interpreters in public services, such as law enforcement agencies

Article Evaluation This article clearly explained the solutions that public administration is coming up with to deal with cultural diversity. This article should have gone more in depth on the process of creating these solutions and the difficulties they encounter. This article should have discussed how information technology helps the public sector solve these issues.
