Content Trailers are based upon the concept of a movie trailer.

To Make you want to see the movie!

Does a movie trailer make you smile? Does a movie trailer make you laugh? Does a movie trailer give you an indication of what the movie is about? Does a movie trailer make you want to see the movie?

The teacher stands in front of the class and tells the students that they will be learning about the Cold War. They will discuss communism, the wall, the world after WW II, Khrushchev, Ronald Reagan, the race to space, etc.

The teacher tells the students that they will be learning about the Cold War and then shows this….

What did this content trailer want you to learn about? Did the trailer want you to learn more? What did you notice about the pictures? What did you notice about the music? What did you notice about the transitions? What do you think your students would think about this content trailer?
