STING/TITANS UNIFORM ORDERING SYSTEM or

CREATE YOU ACCOUNT/GET REGISTERED To begin the registration process, first go to OR: You will then click the “LOGIN/REGISTER” link at the top of the page. If you are a returning customer and have your Parent account created, you can login to your old account, add your child/player’s info under “Order Uniform” tab and follow the Required Package Ordering Wizard. Please skip to the page 12 of this Tutorial. * If you are a returning customer and forgot your password to your Parent account, please click “Forgot Your Password” Link on the login page.

You will select the parent bubble under the “Who Are You?” section. You then click the yellow button labeled “Become a Member” to proceed. SELECT YOUR CLASSIFICATION

ADD YOUR ORGANIZATION You will now be directed to the “Create Your Account” page. The first step is to add your sport organization's number. They will give this number to you. After entering your organization’s # (Sting: NWI-V2G-LVR; Titans: RTV-T1H-G6C ), click the yellow “Submit” button to verify. A verification message will be displayed if the # is correct.

You will next enter your name and address –This is the address you will use to login in the future. IMPORTANT: Once you enter this information, you will click the yellow button labeled “Add Player Info”. ADD YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION

After clicking on the yellow “Add Player Info” button, a window will pop up. You will enter your child’s name, birthday, sport, division, and team. After you have finished, click the yellow “Save” button. ADD YOUR PLAYER

ADD ADDRESS INFORMATION You will next add your phone number and address.

CREATE A PASSWORD You will create a password and confirm it. IMPORTANT: you will be using the you provided and password to login into the system.

ACCEPT ROYAL NATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS You will read the terms and conditions of using the Royal Nation website and check the acceptance box. After, please click the yellow “Submit” box to complete the registration process.

You have now successfully complete the registration process. You will be directed to a page enumerating the steps involved in ordering your players required package. Please read these instruction and click the gray “Next” button. WELCOME TO THE SYSTEM!

ACCOUNT DASHBOARD You are now taken to your account dashboard. From here, you can access and view your recent account activity, as well as order your child’s uniform package. To order your child’s uniform package, you must first click on the link labeled “ORDER UNIFORM”.

ORDERING THE UNIFORM PACKAGE You will be directed to the “Order Uniform. Dashboard”. Here, you can view, edit, and delete existing child accounts, add a new child within the same organization, or buy your child’s uniform package. –When registering, you had to add a child to proceed. Now, using the “Add Child” link to the right, I have added a second child. To order your child’s uniform package, click the yellow “Buy Package/Uniform” button.

After clicking the yellow “Buy Package/Uniform” button, you will be taken to the beginning of the wizard. You will select one child for whom you wish to buy a uniform. Click child’s name. Please select one of the uniform packages. ORDERING THE REQUIRED UNIFORM PACKAGE

After selecting a child and a package, the required uniform items will appear. The quantities are all set to “1” OR “2” because they are required -- all you need to do is select the correct size from the drop down box. Input your player’s number. You will then click submit at the right- hand side of the page. ORDER YOUR CHILD’S REQUIRED UNIFORM PACKAGE WIZARD: STEP 1

After clicking submit at the right-hand side of the page, a confirmation message will appear— click “OK” to proceed. Click “NEXT” button to go to the next step of the wizard, where you will be able to select and purchase additional uniform items --i.e. extra socks, training jerseys, etc. SUBMIT REQUIRED PACKAGE ORDER WIZARD: STEP 1

Here you have the option to buy additional uniform items. To add an item to your cart, enter the correct quantity and size for each item you wish to purchase. Click the yellow “Next” button to continue ORDER ADDITIONAL UNIFORM ITEMS (OPTIONAL) WIZARD: STEP 2

ORDER SPIRIT AND ACTIVE WEAR ITEMS (OPTIONAL) WIZARD: STEP 3 Here you have the option to buy Sting spirit wear and active wear items. Here you have the option to buy additional uniform items. To add an item to your cart, enter the correct quantity and size for each item you wish to purchase. Click the yellow “Next” button to continue

This section allows you to view all of the items (color, quantity, size) in your shopping cart and to remove selected items before checkout Note: In order to add or change an item’s color, quantity, or size, you must click the back button to go back to add or modify. VIEW YOUR SHOPPING CART WIZARD: STEP 4

Select and submit the options you choose for shipping, payment, and billing. The “Shipping Options” section is where you choose where you would like to send your purchase, the “Payment Options” section is where you decide how you would like to pay and the “Billing Options” section is where you choose a billing address for your order. Note: You will not be able to choose a shipping address for your uniform items because they will be shipped to your organization’s address. When you have submitted your options, click the “Place Order” button or wait for the next step. If you purchased any Sting spirit wear or active wear items you will go through the second part of the checkout process. Please submit the shipping and billing information again. When you have submitted your options, click the “Place Order” button or wait for the next step. CHECKOUT WIZARD: STEP 5

A box will appear confirming that the order has been placed. Once you click “OK”, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page.. ORDER WAS SUCCESSFULLY PLACED
