Leadership Is Crucial In Education The education system should be held accountable, in order to educate they must change their views on diversity.Teachers frequently struggle to motivate their students (Brophy, 2008; Froiland, 2010) and most students lose intrinsic motivation to learn each year as they move from first grade to high school [...] Froiland, J., Oros, E., Smith, L., & Hirchert, T. (2012).

An integrated set of norms and standards by which human behaviors, beliefs, and thinking are organized, and which are transmitted from generation to generation (Pai, Adler & Shadiow, 2005) Wardle, F. (2013)

African American culture is said to have emerged within a distinct history of racial oppression, including post-emancipation racial discrimination and violence. Research also points out that African Americans carry on the fight for equality through celebrating festivities like Kwanzaa and Black history month. This culture has worked hard for racial equality.

EDUCATIONAL CONSIDERATION Historical exclusionary practices in regards to Blacks. This article looks at the culture relevancy as a culprit for the gap in achievement for African Americans. This article points out that sometimes students may not achieve in school because of their cultural background or other barriers that does not allow them comprehend the curriculum that is presented to the. Exclusion: Segregated Inclusion ;Integrated All Students are Capable of learning!
