Fee There is a fee that must be paid before the first game or athletes can not play. Fee is loaded into infinite campus- please log in and pay this fee ASAP. Office will notify coaches who has outstanding fees on first game day. 2

Coach Ericson Practices 3:10-5:00 Rotation between outside courts on Erie Campus and inside the Oakland gym- see calendar (2 copies) Players take bus to Erie after school- change clothes at Erie Please be prompt when picking up your player- practice is always over at 5pm Coaches must stay until last player is picked up

Practice Players are expected to attend practice each day If a player is absent from school they should not attend practice Call/ coach before practice time so they are aware of why they are missing Missing practice could affect playing time 4

5 Eligibility All players must maintain a C or higher in all classes If a player’s grade falls below a C, he will miss the next game and all that follows until the grade improves Once the player provides the coaches proof that the grade is a C or higher, he will be eligible to return to play Grades will be checked weekly 5

Home games All home games at Oakland Athletic study hall at Oakland before home games 7th grade games begin at 4:30, 8th grade games begin immediately after or 5:30 8 th grade will attend 7 th grade games to cheer them on.

7 Away games Players ride bus to Oakland campus- bus will pick up from Oakland Parents can check students out- they do not have to ride the bus back to Oakland Parents MUST sign out their players prior to leaving gym

8 Communication Coach Ericson at any time with questions School Voic Topics that will not be addressed: –playing time –strategy –rank on team –other players 8

Quarter 3 Sports Banquet Tuesday, March 1st Oakland Campus- Time TBD Players and parents strongly encouraged to attend **Team pictures at Oakland Friday, February 12th during practice time.
