Attend one of the informational meetings on 9/2 OR 9/4 Turn in application before September 12 to main office Pay a $20 fee (cash, check or money order payable to LPHS) turned in with the application Team meeting on 9/15 Attend at least three of the four mandatory practices Required to decorate with your class council the Friday before Homecoming Week (9/19) or arrange otherwise with the sponsor Completed the emergency card on the back of the application Must meet Lake Park eligibility policies
