 Since the Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) Program was established in 2003, LAHD has funded 106 projects and 6,397 units. This includes AHTF, Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and Bond projects.

 MacArthur Park Metro A & B are Affordable Housing Trust Fund Projects (AHTF) that are currently under construction  MacArthur Park A consists of 90 units; MacArthur B consists of 82 units. The combined count for the project is 172 units

 The Bonnie Brae Project is an AHTF Project with 53 units  Family housing project

 The MacArthur Park Tower Project is funded by Bond dollars only; this is an affordable housing preservation project  The project includes a total of 183 units  Senior housing

Source: Economic Roundtable & LAMTA  There are approximately 112,000 RSO units (18%) of rent stabilized units located within all TODs in the City  There are 497 properties totaling 22,980 units that are restricted/affordable located within the TOD areas in the City

 The Asbury Apartments have been awarded funds from LAHD’s Green Retrofit Program  The project is mixed- income housing project with 97 units  The Bryson Apartments have been awarded funds from LAHD’s Green Retrofit Program  This is a family housing project with 81 units
