Existence of God Revision Lesson 1 Learning Objective: To revise the arguments for and against the existence of God.

Revision Stations There are 4 revision stations around the room: The First Cause Argument The Design Argument Religious Experience Arguments Against God’s Existence You have 35 minutes to visit the stations and complete the worksheet. You can do this in any order you choose and you can decide how long you spend at each station. You need to have been to each stations at some point. Try to start at your weakest argument first.

‘Ode to Revision At the end of the lesson, I turn to the class, And announce that I have an extraordinary task, That within five minutes you’ll produce a rhyme, One that is useful and finished on time. A jingle which recounts the important stuff, The bits you forget and always fluff, So to avoid this pain and constant derision, Compose a poem called ‘Ode to Revision. You are going to be given either: The First Cause Argument The Design Argument The Argument from Religious Experience Arguments Against the Existence of God You then need to produce a revision rhyme to perform to the class to help people remember the argument.
