U nveil interests, talents, differences, commonalities, and learner characteristics. Each one reflects important aspects of the team member and gives insight into how each person can contribute to the team. U NITED Protocol

Digital Learning Team members have different talents. N ame team operating standards. Listen actively to understand. Be positive and respectful. Appreciate differences. Offer help and support willingly. Contribute to the community. A high performing team identifies a core set of standards to guide routine operations to promote positive interactions and efficiency. In many circumstances, these standards are the same or similar to the community operating standards. As team members work together over time, the standards begin to reflect the particular needs of team. U N ITED Protocol
