Connecting ATL skills with Unit 4- Aerobics The main skills which play a major role in aerobics is: O Social skills- While you are collaborating with team mates, it is important to work as a team in order to achieve your goal. O Self-management skills- Playing in an organized manner is essential for a smooth go, reflecting on the other side improves your understandings.

O Thinking skills- Thinking critically helps in building a serious aim, simultaneously thinking creatively contributes in increasing the accuracy of steps.

Sequence O We chose a friendly group O We finalized a few songs O Created a mashup O Referred to certain aerobic videos for choreography O Started arranging steps O Began practicing for aerobics O Refined our steps & worked on co-ordination O Ready for presentation!
