Achievement Achievement reports student performance in the five content areas of reading, math, science, social studies and writing. A formula awards points based on the student performance levels of Novice, Apprentice, Proficient, and Distinguished (NAPD). Accountability is based on students enrolled a full academic year (100 days).

Growth A statistical program generates a Student Growth Percentile by comparing an individual student’s score to the student’s academic peers using two years of test scores. Growth is reported for reading and math in grades 4-8 and at grade 11. Accountability is based on students enrolled a full academic year (100 days). Growth points total comes from the average a Reading Percent and Math Percent of students making typical or higher annual growth (at or above the 40 th Student Growth Percentile)

College and Career Readiness CCR for school and districts reflects how many students are ready for college and/or careers based on test scores and certifications earned. It is measured by the EXPLORE scores for middle school and the ACT benchmarks for high school, college placement tests and career measures. Based on 100 days of attendance.

Graduation Rate Schools and districts will report how many students will graduate within four years of high school or five years of high school. The five year adjusted cohort graduation rate is used in accountability calculations. Program Reviews Program Review areas are Arts/Humanities, Practical Living/Career Studies, and Writing. Reviews are classified as Needs Improvement, Proficient, and Distinguished. Needs: All current staffing to meet needs of College and Career Readiness. We need ALL Career & Technical Education staff to fulfill pathway requirements for career readiness. Funding for instructional assessments such as CERT for 9 th -11 th grade (College Entrance Readiness Tool), WorkKeys, and Industry Certifications. Money for School-Wide Incentives: Plaques for Governor’s Scholar’s (Hang in school) Medals CCR banners for each graduating class (Hang in school) Field trips for rewards (CCR, Meeting Benchmarks, etc.) Supplies for College Board Acceptance (Bulletin Board and Materials) Pictures for ACT wall in school (20 and higher)
