Case Study ASCO GU 2015, 27 th February 2015, Orlando, USA Develop and design microsite (in accordance with corporate governance) for registered HCPs only – Including, biogs, programme, joining instructions, registration page (with all standard disclaimers) – Produce update reports on recruitment and delegate information Podcast – Including chat box facility for peer to peer interaction and questions to be delivered to the speaker bureau – Registration page for delegates to register for the symposium and the podcast – Questions collated and answered by the speaker bureau and delivered to individual HCPs Develop and design – ‘Workbook’ for access to all the team to enable them to be updated on the lifecycle of the meeting – Invitations for onsite recruitment – Invitations for podcast via microsite only – Invitations for company personal to distribute to their customers (in affiliate languages) – Produce slide deck including support with internal approval – Programme – Briefing documents – Onsite materials, including roller banners – Set design – All appropriate AV Co-ordinate TC’s with KOLs Weekly and regular TC’s with the company team, followed by full contact reports Logistics and liaison with ASCO GU event team, including AV, refreshments and set-up Ensure all materials, logistics were local code compliant Full onsite support (support with onsite recruitment) Film edits onsite for immediate internal approval Produce full evaluation, analysis and meeting report including digital attendance
