Ore mining and smelting enterprises “Kyrgyzaltyn” produces 1,5 tons of gold, production with capacity about 40 tons per year (governmental) Gold-mining company «Centerra gold» (since 1996); manufacturing capacity – 20 -25 tons of gold per year on the biggest gold deposit “Kumtor”, with total reserves about - 700 tons (22,5 billion oz). Average grade – 3-4 grams/tonne. Nowadays gold deposit “Djeruy” is involving in exploitation process, with proven reserves of gold – 83,5 tons (2,7 billion oz). Also, now gold object “Taldybulak Levoberejnyi” is constructing, with total gold deposit – 61,6 tons (1,98 billion oz). The main factory of gold processing and refining is “Karabalta ore mining combine” (since 1951);

Korean companies in the mining sector The company "P&J Invest group" is conducting geological exploration of 2 license areas for gold and other metals; The company "E.P.I. Co LTD" develops coals deposit "Tegene" with total coal reserves about - 50,0 million tons (underground mine). Also on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic realizes their activity a lot of companies which has license for the development of the non-metallic minerals, such as: "Silk Road com” "KIKO” "S.K. International Lnk.“
