Is there relevant legislation at federal level? Healthy lifestyles-related questions fragmented in federal and regional laws. Are there relevant strategies and policies at federal and regional level? Available, but for healthy lifestyles in the conceptual format mainly. Certain risk factors or aspects of healthy lifestyles are present in different policies and strategies. Are there relevant programmes and action plans at federal and regional level? A new block in National Priority Project “Health” is dedicated to disease prevention and health promotion – federal level. At regional level only Republic of Karelia has a regional healthy lifestyle programme. Risk factors are included in federal and regional programmes (drugs, law offences).
