Sends a message every 5 minutes for one hour or until cancelled. The OK button allows you to communicate a one off message to your contacts to let them know you are fine, and to check in with a GPS position. The CUSTOM MESSAGE button is a secondary feature to the OK button, letting you customize a personal message to your contacts The TRACK PROGRESS button saves and sends your GPS location to the web platform every 10 minutes for up to 24 hours.
