The expeditions should be planned annually in different areas of the Black Sea, including offshore zones and the areas of large cyclonic gyres, in the cooperation of all the Black Sea countries. The materials of the expeditions should be available to all participants, and the research results should be discussed at the international conferences and specific working groups.
